Right of withdrawal

For us, the customer always comes first. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of your order and we will refund the full purchase price for the return, no ifs or buts.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled before delivery.

All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

What does the customer have to do to get a refund?

To return your item, please notify us of your decision by sending an email to Jamie.rb0401@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item. After that, the item must be returned at your own expense to our International Returns Center: Jamie Rosenbaum Berghausen 29, 42859 Remscheid.

Who bears the costs?

The buyer bears the costs of return shipment.

When can the customer expect a refund?

A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return in the form of a refund to the originally selected payment method.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

We only accept returns in perfect and unused condition.
